Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 2026-04-01
1. Purpose
This policy describes the activities for which Authmatech may not be used. It exists to protect end users, operator partners, and other customers of the platform.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use Authmatech to verify numbers without the end user’s knowledge or consent; to run mass enumeration, surveillance, or de-anonymization workflows; to verify against jurisdictions where you are not authorized to operate; or to circumvent operator-imposed throttling.
3. End-user consent
Your application must clearly disclose, at the moment of verification, that a mobile-network identity check is being performed. Consent mechanics must comply with applicable local law (PDPL, GDPR, equivalent).
4. Operator partner terms
Use of Authmatech inherits the underlying carrier partner terms. Use cases must be compatible with those terms. Authmatech reserves the right to suspend usage that violates them.
5. Enforcement
Suspected violations are reviewed by our trust & safety team. Confirmed violations result in usage suspension and, depending on severity, termination of the agreement.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe Authmatech is being used in violation of this policy, email [email protected]. We acknowledge reports within one business day.
