Stuck+ activates whenever background verification through Authmatech Verify cannot complete on its own — typically because the customer is on a VPN or a connection where the identity isn't recognized at the moment of attempt. Instead of leaving the customer blocked, Stuck+ surfaces an UNLOCK button so they can submit their mobile number manually and continue the journey.

Stuck+ is an add-on to Authmatech Verify, designed specifically to handle the cases where background verification can't complete. It's billed alongside the rest of the Authmatech platform — one ledger, one dashboard, one invoice — but enabled per integration as you need it. Most Verify customers turn Stuck+ on from day one to eliminate the edge-case abandonment that automatic verification alone can leave on the table.
